provide robust Record and Replay service to conferencing resellers
Friday, November 17, 2006 [Toronto] – Launch Conferencing and Callfinity have announced a partnership for their new product service offering, Record and Replay, to conferencing resellers internationally, enabling end-users to easily access and manage their audio conference recordings online.
Using a simple web interface, moderators can set replay options, send invitations, view reports, order CDs and more. In addition, Callfinity's product design allows resellers to offer their clients access to conference replay via telephone and via streamed audio on the web as their own brand.
