Custom Lobby Page – Launch will provide a lobby page with event information, speaker pictures and bio and other information pertinent to the event. Custom Registration – Launch will provide a registration page requesting info to enter the event defined by IDC and include a systems requirements link and options to download media players. Statistical Reporting – Along with who attends the event, Launch will provide information outlining how long they visited and the number of unique hits the web cast received. Reporting will also provide you % breakdown of each polling question and a breakdown of survey answers from each viewer of the event. Polling – Polls can be launched through out the event to gain feedback from viewers with instant access to responses. Polls are produced in multiple choice formats. Survey – The survey pops up at the conclusion of the event and can contain both multiple choice and short answer questions. Each response is tied to the registrants name for follow up. Question Manager – Allows those viewing the web cast to enter a text question to the speaker. The questions are sent to another web site where an event assistant can screen the questions and post the relevant questions to the speaker’s laptop where he/she can read the questions in a teleprompter style format. Once the event has concluded, Launch will index the event by speaker or topic for easy maneuvering in its archived format. Video/Flash Clip – Launch will insert promotional video clips or flash files into the presentation.
